So you’ll need the following ingredients to make this mask:

  • Two tablespoons cinnamon powder;
  • Two tablespoons honey;
  • 125 mL of your preferred vegetable oil (castor, avocado, coconut, jojoba)
  • One egg,
  • heated in a water bath.

To begin, combine the egg, honey, and cinnamon powder. Then, add the vegetable oil and stir until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.

Once the hair mask is ready, proceed as follows:

  • Apply to towel-dried, damp hair;
  • Wrap in cellophane or a warm towel
  • Set aside for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Before shampooing, thoroughly rinse with warm water.
  • This mask should be used once a week.

Treatment with cinnamon to promote hair growth

2 to 3 sticks of cinnamon and water are required to carry out this cinnamon-based care, which will stimulate the circulation of the scalp and thus support hair growth!

Place the cinnamon sticks in 1 liter of water and bring them to a boil. Then you wait an hour for it to infuse.
