It’s been quite some time since eyebrows became one of the top priorities in beauty trends. Or were they always? Either way, it’s been an interesting journey—from the thin brows of the 1990s to the wide, natural look of the 2010s.

Now it’s 2025, and the beauty world is embracing more and more directions where appearance becomes a form of art. Everything is about creativity and self-expression. And why not use eyebrows for that? This time, we want them to be stylish, bold, and a conceptual alternative to traditional brow styling.

While the main goal used to be enhancing the natural shape, today’s brows can be white, colourful, asymmetrical, or even decorated with accessories. Whether it’s photoshoots, beauty campaigns, magazine covers, TikTok, or Instagram aesthetics—uniqueness is everywhere.

For brow artists, it’s essential to stay on top of trends and learn how to work with non-traditional styles. It opens up a world of new opportunities: participation in shoots and competitions, collaborations with fashion brands, and building a truly impressive portfolio.

In this article, I’ll walk you through the key brow trends worth keeping an eye on.

There are many ways to express your creativity—through shapes, colours, or bold decorations. Don’t be afraid to play. Use your imagination. When it comes to brow styling, it’s all about pushing the limits of what’s normally done.

I want to highlight five key trends that, in my opinion, you absolutely shouldn’t miss.

Geometric and Wavy: Brow Shapes to Experiment With

First, you can start playing with shape—and trust me, it gets more interesting every year. Even if geometry wasn’t your favourite subject in school, it’s time to brush up a bit, because angular brows are trending. As you can imagine, creating that perfectly geometric look takes some patience. To make it easier, try using eyeshadow as a guide. Just keep in mind: the face has curves, so the lines won’t ever be completely straight.

Another shape trend is the complete opposite: wavy brows. To be honest, they’ve been around for a few years already—surprisingly, they’re not going anywhere.

Feathered brows are the most natural-looking option in this section. And that’s surprising, too—because even with all the focus on creative styles, natural shapes are still on the rise. With its soft, diffused tail, this style can even appear shapeless. One confident move and brow gel are all it takes: lift the tail of the brow upward and set the hairs in place.

Bleached Brows: A Bold Move in Beauty

Bleached or tinted brows have become favourites of glossy magazines—and there’s no way you’ve missed this futuristic look. Everyone’s talking about it, and even brow artists seem to have a love-hate relationship with it.

You may be surprised how transformative bleached brows can be in all their invisible glory. Just remember: always use facial hair bleach—not regular hair bleach.

There are two common methods of lightening brows: tinting and bleaching. Tinting involves applying a semi-permanent colour to lighten the brows, while bleaching removes the natural pigment with a chemical solution.

Whether you love the look or not, bleached brows are one of the boldest ways to give a face a creative or even rebellious vibe.

Sun-kissed brows are a softer option for those not ready to go fully bleached. They create a warm, radiant effect with a more natural feel. One of the best parts? You can adjust the tone to match face and hair colour. And let’s be honest—who doesn’t want to look like they’ve just come back from a beach holiday?

Colour Accents: From Pastel Pink to Electric Blue

What started as a party trend is now making its way into everyday looks. And honestly? This summer feels like it’s going to be a bright one.

Hot or pastel pink, neon orange, electric blue—the colour depends entirely on your mood. And here’s the good news: if you love experimenting but don’t want to damage your hair, brows are the perfect playground. They’re easier to revive, so feel free to go bold. Worst case? If the colour doesn’t work out, you can always bleach your brows… and start again with something new.

Not ready to go all-in on brow colour? Tone it down with coloured eyeshadow or experiment using tinted mascara. It’s a low-commitment way to test the trend.

Glam Up Your Brows: Rhinestones and Glitter for Every Occasion

Glitter, rhinestones—yes, like most makeup artists, you’ve probably watched Euphoria. From TV shows to red carpets, ultra-glittery brows are everywhere. And there’s no need to wait for Fashion Week to try them. Life is full of parties and festive moments. Why not wear disco brows when you feel like it? Val Garland, Lady Gaga, Gigi Hadid have done it. You can too.

If glitter brows feel a bit last season to you, take a look at rhinestone makeup. You might need a little more confidence (and patience), but the result? Total festive energy—with a touch of luxury.

Another bonus: rhinestones let you try out the bleach-blonde look without any real commitment. Just go for light-coloured stones. And if it still feels like not enough—fill the gaps with a bit of glitter.

Clean and Classic: Straight Brows That Never Go Out of Style

In this bright and even rebellious crowd, there’s still room for ultra-straight, perfectly groomed brows.

They’re not new—this trend has been around for a while. There’s something grounding about those clean, precise lines in our chaotic world. That might be exactly why this style isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Think Like an Artist: Shaping the Future of Brow Trends

Fantasy without skill makes you a dreamer. Fantasy with skill creates a master.

Creative brows challenge not only your imagination but also your professionalism. Everything matters: face shape, balance, the harmony of the look, and your sense of style.

Trends are just a playground—they give you the space to experiment and express yourself.

If you truly want to be a brow artist, start thinking of yourself as a beauty creator—someone shaping the future of the industry.
